Using the Page Setup feature modifies the PDF file, therefore it cannot be. In addition to scaling a drawing up or down, this tool can also be used to add borders to PDFs (for example, for binding purposes as shown in the Resizing PDF Pages Tutorial ). PDF/A-1b is a variant of the PDF format that is intended for long term archival of PDF files. Text is contained within a text box you define, including its size, background color, and other properties. Many of the Bluebeam plugins can also create PDF/A archives directly as a Post Processing option see the Help files native to those plugins to learn more about their Post Processing options. The Text Box tool is useful for placing text notes and comments on the PDF.
